Use of the Service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Greekify. Greekify has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Greekify shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or resources.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Greekify makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials or products included or referenced on the Service. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Greekify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Greekify will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Termination
